The "StashSnap" app itself does not collect, process, or store any personal data. There is no transfer of data to our own servers or analysis by us as the provider. If personal data is processed (e.g., when using iCloud or speech recognition), this is done exclusively by Apple within the scope of their services.

a) iCloud / CloudKit
If you use the iCloud functionality of the app, your data (e.g., photos, stash information) is exclusively stored in your personal iCloud account. The storage and processing of this data is carried out by Apple within the scope of your iCloud account. As the app provider, we do not have access to this data.

b) Speech Recognition
If you use the speech recognition function of the app, your voice data is sent to Apple for processing. The conversion of speech to text is done exclusively by the services provided by Apple. As the app provider, we do not receive access to your voice data.
The use of this function requires corresponding consent within the iOS system permissions.

We, as the app provider, do not share your data with third parties.
5. Your Rights

This privacy policy may be adjusted occasionally to comply with current legal requirements or to implement changes in the app. The current version can always be found in the app.
